My Story

My journey into motherhood began in 2023 when I became pregnant with my son. Like so many new moms, I started researching all the things. Bassinets, different products, the checklists. But everything changed the moment I discovered childbirth education.

The more I learned about the physiology of birth, the more amazed I became. I couldn’t believe how beautifully designed our bodies are to bring our babies into the world. Our bodies work in harmony with our babies. It is a truly beautiful thing. However, I was even more shocked at how little of this wisdom most women are ever taught. So many only know the standard hospital routine: induction, epidural, push on your back, or similar.

But I learned there was so much more.
Birth is full of choices.
Women deserve autonomy.
And every mother deserves to be supported in a way that honors her voice and intuition.

After giving birth to my son, something shifted inside me. I realized how deeply women need education, advocacy, and emotional support. All things I wished I had more of in my own birth experience. I prepared myself for the physical process… but I didn’t know how much I would need someone to hold space for me, remind me to breathe, and walk with me through the waves.

That experience created a passion within me for birth work.

My Why

I began asking myself:

• Why isn’t this common knowledge?
  

• Why don’t we trust the wisdom of women’s bodies?
  

• Why do women go into birth feeling unprepared, unheard, or unsure?

My why is simple:

I never want another woman to feel alone during such a sacred and transformative season of life.

I never want another woman to lack the support needed for whatever her goals or needs may be.

Birth is not just about a “healthy mom and healthy baby.”

That is the bare minimum my friends.

It’s about the transformation of the mother. Her strength, her identity, her story. Every woman deserves care that honors that transformation. Every woman deserves a story that is truly HERS.
